Beginner Reformer

Chair/Tower Mix
A unique blend class that pairs the powerful vertical resistance of the Tower with the compact challenge of the Pilates Chair. Expect a dynamic mix of balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility work that delivers fast results and deep core activation.
Pilates Chair
This advanced-level class uses the Pilates Chair to deliver a powerful, high-intensity workout that challenges balance, strength, and full-body coordination. With minimal surface area and maximum resistance, the Chair demands precision, deep core control, and focus. Perfect for experienced clients ready to push their limits and elevate their practice.
Advanced Reformer
Designed for experienced movers, this fast-paced class flows through classical and contemporary sequences that challenge strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Expect deep core work, creative transitions, and precision in every movement. Prior reformer experience is required.
Tower Power Hour!
This energizing session utilizes the Tower to amplify resistance, deepen control, and target postural muscles like never before. It’s a full-body sculpting session that emphasizes core activation, spinal articulation, and dynamic movement. Open to all levels
Mat/Tower
This hybrid class combines the fundamentals of Mat Pilates with added Tower spring resistance. It’s the perfect fusion of bodyweight precision and guided resistance, helping you enhance alignment, improve posture, and elevate your mat practice.
